This Calligraphy style is called Semi-cursive script [xíngshū], it is derived from Clerical Script [lìshū]. Basically Chinese calligraphy has it's system from a very symbol looking slowly became a more structure looking, and then transfer to a hand running type called Cursive script [cǎoshū].
I decided to use one of my favorite Taiwanese local food, Beef Noodle Soup, as my recipe for the Cook Book. There's one Taiwanese restaurant called Taipei 101 on Buford if you are interested on trying!
